The Queensland Government, Department of Transport and Main Roads has amended the light vehicle and motorbike inspection certificates to include additional spaces to record the peak and either the average or distance deceleration value of the service brake and emergency brake. The Queensland Government recommends a GPS based brake testing device, and the VBOX Sport is the ideal device.

Th VBOX Sport is a waterproof, battery powered, light weight and rugged GPS datalogger used to measure and log vehicle performance or lap-times. It can be used stand alone logger or connected to an iOS device using bluetooth. The VBOX sport comes with an optional external antenna enabling its use on motorbikes, bicycles and backpacks.
