Wireless Telemetry Handheld Display Standard T24-HK-S

The T24-HK-S handheld display is a rugged, IP67-rated device designed for seamless use with Mantracourt’s T24 wireless transmitters.

It allows users to view and monitor data in real-time from sensors transmitting load, pressure, torque, and other measurement data wirelessly.

The T24-HK-S is our next-generation wireless handheld, designed to take the most popular features from the T24-HS, T24-HR and T24-HLT and T24-DWS and combine them in one product.

One unit can be configured and deployed as required reducing stock on your shelves and your engineer’s time.

Straight out of the box, it operates in roaming mode, automatically detecting and displaying data from up to twelve nearby T24 transmitters (up to 800 m range*).

For more tailored configurations, users can define up to twelve specific inputs, each with custom settings such as overload alerts and calibrated units to meet particular monitoring needs.

Setting up the T24-HK-S is simple with much of the configuration carried out using just the menu system on the handheld, including connecting transmitters to the same radio settings as the handheld. Full setup and saving/loading of the configuration can be carried out using the free T24 Handheld Toolkit.

The default menu system allows access to all configuration. However, the integrator can lock or hide menu items and set PINs and passwords to stop users from changing settings by mistake.

Additionally, the interface is customisable through the toolkit software, giving users the flexibility to adapt the display for specific operational requirements.

With its intuitive setup and versatile configuration options, the T24-HK-S is an ideal solution for multi-sensor monitoring in demanding environments.

Firmware is updatable using the toolkit software. This will allow users to access new features as we release them in the future. This will include mathematical functions, enabling calculations such as sums and differences across the defined inputs. An additional function of this would allow calculation of loads based on certain sling angles

The licence free 2.4GHz direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) radio telemetry technology offers high integrity, error free communications which can co-exist with other wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® and Zigbee®. FCC, ETSI and IC approvals.

The T24-HK-S is backwards compatible with existing Mantracourt T24 products.

The T24-HK-S uses a pair of standard alkaline AA batteries and can also be permanently powered for fixed installations.
